New Executive Chef. New Menu at The Nodding Donkey!

A few months ago, we welcomed Rhett Dukes as Exeutive Chef at The Nodding Donkey. Rhett had been with us for sometime, starting as a sous chef and quickly moving up the ranks as a force to be reckoned with in the kitchen.

As part of Rhett’s new role, we wanted to overhaul our menu. Keep the old favorites that everyone has come to know and love, but looking forward to innovative ways to serve the freshest “bar food” around. We are excited to announce that our new menu is now available at The Nodding Donkey, and we can't wait for you to try it!

Freshness is Key

The fresh new menu at The Nodding Donkey Greenville Ave. is chock full of dishes you wouldn’t expect at your favorite Dallas bar. Sure, we’re still going to offer some of your old favorites like chips & queso, chicken strips, and jalapeno skins – but each dish has upped its freshness quotient. The chicken strips are freshly marinated and prepared with 9 different herbs and spices. The queso is prepared with real cheddar cheese and loaded with brisket. You get the idea. It’s the little things that give the food a freshness you can taste. Oh and did we mention that if you join us for the best brunch in Dallas, all eggs are free-range, organic eggs.

A World of Variety

Appetizers. Burgers. Pizza. Salads. Sandwiches. A wide variety of what we call Texican food (it’s not Tex-Mex here…it’s Texican!). A whole menu full of lighter fare, comfort food, American favorites, and more. We know you are sure to find something you love.

Join us at The Nodding Donkey Greenville Ave. this weekend to enjoy a college football game and a meal off of our brand new menu! Pair that with a Dallas drink special or two, and you’re set! We can’t wait to see you at the best sports bar in Dallas!
