SHIPPING

Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. 

You can expect all orders that are in stock will ship within 2-3 business days once the order is processed.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Currently, we only ship within the US.

*Shipping charges for standard deliveries that are delayed due to carrier delays, or inclement weather are not refundable.

IN STORE PICK UP 

Your order will be ready for pick up within 1-2 business days of your purchase. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please be aware that we have an exchange-only policy. 

NO REFUNDS.  

Please read below on how to process an exchange.

To exchange an order successfully, all exchanges must be mailed and sent to the address listed:

EXCHANGES can be made for UNWORN, UNALTERED, AND UNWASHED CLOTHING within (5) days after you've received the item. Any items that are sent back for exchange have to be returned in the original condition (unwashed, unaltered, smoke-free, unworn, no stains, etc.) The Nodding Donkey reserves the right to decline your return if these terms have not been followed. 

Here are our guidelines for exchanges:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 5 days of receipt of the item(s) for an exchange. 

The purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the returned item(s). 

The seller will be responsible for shipping costs associated with shipping the exchange.

If you are local, you can also opt to pick up your exchanged item(s) at the Nodding Donkey. Please send us an email with your order number, full name, and the item(s) you need for the exchange so that we can confirm from our stock list.
